*2 story home Located near children's playground and mountain bike trail. Master bedroom on Main with King sized bed and large flat screen TV, master bath with separate shower and soaking tub. Second floor Queen Bedroom with flat screen TV another second floor bedroom with bunk bed, crib and full bathroom. All bedrooms have their own bathroom and TV. Two large 42" Flat Screen TV's in home. Media room with huge flat screen HDTV and Nintendo Wii with games, also a Ping Pong table. This home faces the North Alder Park; a perfect grassy area for your family and friends to have a fire and roast marshmallows. Seabrook's Crescent Park is about a 2 minute walk away. At the park there are horseshoes, shuffleboard. In the summer the park has a volleyball net and badminton. There are two community fire pits in Crescent Park, and also toys to play with at the park supplied by Seabrook.
